I'm just a general aviation pilot that loves weather. My wife used to call me "Tex" for Tex Antoine, a famous weatherman on TV who was later fired for making a bad joke about a young girl in the news at the time. That must have been about 25 years ago. Anyway, I'm very impressed with your work. I wonder though, do you guys (scientists of weather) have a large room like the old NASA videos, or are you bunched up in little cubby holes? I read articles in aviation mags about people from ADDS (aviation digital data service) where they seem to have some nice high tech computers and big screens. Just wondering. Also, I think your editors, or the people who write these explanations are very good. They have a light hearted personality, yet technically honest. I just wanted to thank you for allowing me to learn something that I never would have known if I had visited your web site. Sincerely, Dave Affinito Daffinito@aol.com
